Frequently Asked Questions
What methods do you use for training?
Each training program is uniquely designed to ensure your dog becomes a happy, well-behaved pup! While we’ll recommend the training protocols that we believe are best suited for your dog, we also respect your comfort level. If you’re not comfortable with a particular method, we have the experience and knowledge to achieve results using alternative approaches. We’ll walk you through the pros and cons of any method so you can make an informed decision and feel confident in your dog’s training plan.
How long are the training sessions?
Training sessions are typically around an hour, but they’re always tailored to your dog’s needs. If your dog gets tired after 45 minutes, we won’t push them just to fill a time frame. We always aim to end on a positive note, ensuring your dog stays engaged and excited for the next lesson!
Are payment plans available?
Yes! We require a 25% down payment to get started with training. From there, we’ll work with you to create a payment plan that fits your financial situation.
Can I be involved in my dog’s training?
Absolutely! Owners are the most important part of dog training. We’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to handle any challenges that come your way, ensuring a strong relationship between you and your dog.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a session, we’ll work with you to reschedule it at your earliest convenience. If you need to cancel the entire program, a fee of 25% of the remaining balance will be due.
